The Old Capistrano Certified Farmers Market is a weekly market that is rain or shine. We encourage all types of food vendors, artisans, crafters, direct sales and non-profit groups to join us. Please download the forms below and return the application, and the two forms on the back of the Market Rules & Regulations along with the items listed on the application. Please return them to the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce either by mail, fax or in person to:

*All vendors commit to a weekly market.
*All vendors must download, complete and sign the Market Rules & Regulations and the SJC Farmer Market Application.
*All vendors (excluding community outreach) agree to a one-time non-refundable set-up fee of $50 is due PRIOR to set up at first market day. (Regular fees are waived for the first week in lieu of the set-up fee). See Market Rules & Regulations for more details on fees.
*All non-profit (community outreach) groups must download, complete and sign the Market Rules & Regulations, the SJC Farmers Market Application and the Community Outreach Form.
*All artisans, crafters and direct sales must download, complete and sign the Market Rules & Regulations, the SJC Farmers Market Application and the Business Expo Application.
*Commercial kitchen and Cottage Food license are accepted.
